The challenge
WebNTech has been on a constant lookout for opportunities to set new standards in the event industry. Starting with guest registration, they developed the Software Solaax with the goal to streamline venue processes and integrate their software which is able to read QR codes in 0.2 seconds. They aimed to introduce technology that would significantly speed up access control processes at venues, with the person managing QR codes simply needing to look at the code for swift processing with the help of an AR Smartglass.
The requirements for the glasses were specific: lightweight, easy to use without the need for display adjustments, high-quality camera, and efficient battery usage.
The solution
The Vuzix Blade 2 emerged as the ideal choice for WebNTech due to its user-friendly design, camera quality, and the ability to simply put on the glasses for operation.
