It features the FLIR Lepton® 3.5 Thermal Camera Module, enabling hands-free thermal imaging in dangerous environments.

Certification
The RealWear Navigator Z1 has an ATEX Zone 1 certification which means that the headsets can be used in spaces where the chances of an explosive gas mixture are relatively high (Between 0.1 – 10% chance under normal operations).
Besides being ATEX certified the Navigator Z1 also has an IP66 rating, making it both water and dust resistant. It can also withstand falls of up to 2 meters, making it the most robust smart glass AR device on the market right now.
Control & OS
The Navigator Z1 has one of the most advanced voice recognition systems on the market, owing to 4 digital microphones with active noise cancellation. The voice recognition even works with noise levels up to and including 95 dB, ideal for use in loud industrial environments.
Finally, the Navigator Z1 runs on an Android operating system meaning that it feels very similar to most Android tablets as well as the fact that it is possible to upload your own APK’s.
