Cinematic VR – Meta Quest 3S

Cinematic VR, an XR production studio based in Poland, is redefining how organizations create and implement immersive training content. Specializing in VR and AR films and applications, the company developed ISSVR (Interactive System for VR Training), a no-code toolset that empowers users to design and distribute interactive VR training scenarios without programming knowledge.

Recently, Cinematic VR partnered with VR Expert and Kozminski University, one of Europe’s leading business schools, to integrate VR technology into legal education. The collaboration aimed to make training more practical, interactive, and aligned with the digital transformation of the legal profession.

The challenge

Kozminski University wanted to modernize its legal education by combining theory with hands-on practice. However, creating realistic training simulations is often expensive, time-consuming, and requires technical skills many educators don’t have. The university needed an accessible, no-code VR training system supported by reliable, easy-to-use hardware that could be deployed quickly across classrooms.

Usage

Together with VR Expert, Cinematic VR delivered a fully equipped VR Lab to Kozminski University, featuring 35 Meta Quest 3S headsets pre-configured for training sessions. The lab enables law and management students to participate in immersive, decision-based scenarios, from mock trials to client consultations, allowing them to practice communication, ethical reasoning, and critical thinking skills in a realistic virtual environment. Additionally, Cinematic VR created 22 interactive VR trainings covering a broad legal scope, enabling law students to engage in practical exercises within realistic simulation environments. The team also conducted VR workshops for faculty and staff to ensure smooth adoption and long-term usability.

    The Challenge

    For Cinematic VR and Kozminski University, the main challenge was bridging the gap between traditional legal education and modern digital learning methods. Law students often learn through theoretical lectures and written case studies, which can make it difficult to develop the practical and interpersonal skills needed in real legal practice, such as client communication, negotiation, and ethical decision-making.

    Kozminski University wanted to give its students a more immersive, experience-based approach to learning. However, creating interactive, high-quality training simulations typically requires extensive coding, long development cycles, and costly hardware setups, barriers that make it difficult for universities to adopt VR at scale.

    The university needed an easy-to-use solution that would allow lecturers to design, modify, and manage VR training modules without technical expertise, while ensuring smooth performance and accessibility for large groups of students.

    The Solution

    Cinematic VR partnered with VR Expert to deliver a complete turnkey setup for the university’s new Virtual Reality Training Lab.

    The collaboration included:

    35 Meta Quest 3S headsets delivered and configured by VR Expert.

    Full integration of Cinematic VR’s ISSVR platform, enabling no-code content creation and real-time reporting.

    22 interactive VR training films covering areas such as criminal, civil, and labor law, developed in close cooperation with Kozminski University’s faculty.

    VR Expert provided technical consultations, expert hardware recommendations, and full equipment delivery, ensuring the system worked smoothly with ISSVR and met the needs of academic users.

    Thanks to the use of Meta Quest 3S, students can now experience ultra-realistic VR180 3D environments with simple setup and enterprise-grade reliability.

    The new VR Lab empowers students to actively engage in interactive legal cases, make decisions, and immediately see the outcomes, improving retention, communication skills, and confidence. Faculty members can easily create, update, and assign training scenarios using the no-code ISSVR editor, with all progress tracked automatically through an intuitive reporting dashboard.
