Unbox and go. Add this service to any headset (e.g., Meta Quest 3, Pico, HTC, AR devices) and we’ll pre‑prepare it before shipping. That means MDM enrollment, kiosk/launcher configuration, apps & content preloaded, asset tagging and neatly bundled accessories, for a simple flat fee per device. No hourly charges. No onboarding surprises.
Hardware preparation (any VR/AR brand)
Device naming convention, controller pairing, firmware updates, power/privacy settings, time zone & language.
MDM enrollment & policy setup (ManageXR / ArborXR)
Enroll device(s) into your MDM org using tokens or QR. Assign groups (team/site) and profiles (role‑based policies). Configure kiosk/launcher (single‑app or curated multi‑app).
Apply Wi‑Fi, certificates (EAP/PEAP), proxy, date/time and security policies. Set autostart/pinning, sleep & update windows, remote actions (reboot, lock, wipe) readiness. Optional home screen branding (logo, wallpaper, app tiles).

Apps, content & permissions pre‑installation
Load APKs/OBBs via content library; link private/enterprise channels when applicable. Preload videos/360/WebXR bookmarks; set default app collections. Pre‑approve runtime permissions (camera, mic, storage) and handle first‑run dialogs.
Asset tagging & registration
Physical labels + digital inventory. Devices are registered in our support system for faster assistance and warranty handling.
Product bundling
We assemble ordered accessories (face covers, straps, chargers, cases) with the device, label contents and include a quick checklist.
Quality checks & handover
